Refund policy

Effective September 28, 2026

Bolba uses Paddle as its merchant of record for paid subscriptions. Purchases processed by Paddle are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy and Checkout Buyer Terms. This page explains how to get help. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund support option. Have your purchase email and transaction or receipt reference ready. Explain the reason for your request, such as an incorrect charge or a problem accessing the service.

Refund eligibility depends on Paddle’s policy and applicable law. Requests are assessed individually; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Statutory withdrawal rights may apply depending on your location and purchase circumstances.

Problems with your purchase

If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or cannot access a purchased plan, email ketbod386@gmail.com. Include your account email and receipt reference so we can investigate and help coordinate with Paddle. Do not send card numbers, security codes, or passwords.

Canceling a subscription

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through the subscription controls in your Bolba workspace or the customer portal linked from your Paddle receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous payments. To request a refund, follow the steps above.

Approved refunds

Paddle handles approved refunds and their payment-method and timing requirements under its Refund Policy. Access associated with a refunded purchase may end. Contact Paddle through your receipt if you need help tracking a refund.

Free trials and test checkouts

The free trial has no purchase charge to refund. Checkouts labeled “Test mode” or “Sandbox” are tests and do not take real money.
